Inclusion/Exclusion

  • Accommodation in Hotels/Camps/Guest Houses on triple sharing from Day 01 to Day 06.
  • Complimentary twin sharing for Couples.
  • Meals - Breakfast and Dinner.
  • Dinner on Day 01 to Day 06; Breakfast on Day 02 to Day 07.
  • Services of experienced trip leader and motorbike mechanic.
  • First Aid kit and Oxygen cylinder.
  • Inner Line permit.
  • Wildlife Fee and Environmental Fee.
  • Motorbike fuel for the complete trip as per the itinerary & package.
  • Transport in an MUV like Tempo Traveller / Innova / Xylo / Scorpio / Backup Van from Day 02 to Day 05 as per group size.
  • Backup Vehicle/luggage van for 01 rucksack bag per person (trolley bags not allowed).
  • 1 Bonfire.
  • Riding gear for rider (knee pads and elbow guards).
  • Royal Enfield Himalayan with helmets for rider and pillion.
  • Personal expenses like Telephone, Laundry, Tips, and Table Drinks, etc.
  • Any type of insurance: Medical, Accidental, theft.
  • Any Airfare/Rail fare other than what is mentioned in “Inclusions.”
  • Airport, Railway station, or Bus stop pick up or drop.
  • Cost of any spare part which will be used due to accidental damage incurred when the motorbike is in rider’s possession.
  • Cost incurred to transfer or tow the motorbike in case it is dropped on the way.
  • 5% GST

Tour Duration

  • 7N/8D

Medicine, cash, toiletries, trekking shoes, water bottle, ID card, power bank, torch, blanket, warm clothes, moisturizers.

Cancellations received less than 45 days prior to departure will be subject to the following forfeit | Before 45 days: 25% of tour cost | 45 - 30 days: 50 % of tour cost | 30 - 20 days: 75% of tour cost | Within 20 days: 100% of tour cost | No exception to this policy can be made for any reason.

46 Days or more before date of departure: 25% of total cost. | 31 - 45 Days before date of departure: 50% of total cost. | 30 days before date of departure: 100% of total cost.

Any increase in cost because of change in the itinerary due to reasons beyond our control (force majeure) like landslides, riots, traffic jams etc. | Any dispute is subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
