Day 01: Delhi → Manali (Overnight Volvo Journey)

Distance: ~540 km | Travel: 12–14 hrs

Evening departure from Delhi by luxury Volvo bus towards Manali. Overnight journey through Himachal Pradesh.

Day 02: Arrival in Manali + Trip Briefing & Bike Test Ride

Arrival in Manali by morning. Transfer to hotel.
Detailed trip briefing covering route plan, riding discipline, safety guidelines, altitude awareness, and emergency protocols.
Bike allocation followed by a test ride around Manali to ensure comfort and mechanical readiness.
Evening at leisure for rest and preparation.
Overnight stay in Manali.

Day 03: Manali → Sarchu

Distance: ~230 km | Ride: 8–9 hrs

Early morning ride via Rohtang Pass, Keylong, Jispa, and Darcha. Cross Baralacha La (4,890 m) before reaching Sarchu.
Overnight stay in camps at Sarchu. Limited movement advised due to high altitude.

Day 04: Sarchu → Leh

Distance: ~255 km | Ride: 8–10 hrs

Ride through Gata Loops, Nakee La, Lachulung La, More Plains, and cross Tanglang La (5,328 m) before descending to Leh.
Arrival by evening.
Overnight stay in Leh.

Day 05: Leh → Nubra Valley (via Khardung La)

Distance: ~125 km | Ride: 5–6 hrs

Ride across Khardung La (5,359 m) and descend into Nubra Valley. Visit Diskit Monastery and Hunder Sand Dunes.
Overnight stay in Nubra Valley.

Day 06: Nubra Valley → Pangong Lake (via Shyok Route)

Distance: ~170 km | Ride: 6–7 hrs

Ride via the scenic Shyok River route (subject to road conditions). Reach Pangong Lake by afternoon.
Overnight stay near Pangong Lake.

Day 07: Pangong Lake → Hanle

Distance: ~255 km | Ride: 8–9 hrs

Ride through the remote Changthang plateau, experiencing vast open landscapes and minimal habitation.
Reach Hanle by evening.
Overnight stay in Hanle.

Day 08: Hanle → Umling La Pass → Tso Moriri

Distance: ~280 km | Ride: 9–10 hrs

Ride to Umling La Pass (5,883 m), the world’s highest motorable road, followed by a scenic ride to Tso Moriri Lake near Korzok village.

Day 09: Tso Moriri → Leh

Ride via Puga Valley and Mahe Bridge, returning to Leh by evening.

Day 10: Leh → Kargil

Ride along the Indus River with stops at Magnetic Hill, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, Indus–Zanskar confluence, and Lamayuru Monastery.
Overnight stay in Kargil.

Day 11: Kargil → Srinagar

Distance: ~200 km | Ride: 6–7 hrs

Ride via Drass, visit Kargil War Memorial, cross Zoji La Pass, and arrive in Srinagar by evening.

Day 12: Srinagar – Departure

After breakfast, transfer to Srinagar Airport for onward journey.

  • Cost of any spare part used due to accidental damage when the motorbike is in the rider's possession.
  • Cost incurred to transfer or tow the motorbike if it is dropped on the way.
  • Vehicle servicing or maintenance costs (if it's the participant's own bike).
  • Any lunch and other meals not mentioned in the package inclusions.
  • Security deposit per motorbike of ₹5,000 (refundable at the end of the trip if there is no damage or spare parts used).
  • Parking and monument entry fees during sightseeing.
  • Any cost incurred due to extension or change of itinerary due to natural calamities, road blocks, vehicle breakdown, union issues, and factors beyond control.
  • Anything not mentioned in the "Inclusions" section.
  • 5% GST

Cancellations received less than 45 days prior to departure will be subject to the following forfeit | Before 45 days: 25% of tour cost | 45 - 30 days: 50 % of tour cost | 30 - 20 days: 75% of tour cost | Within 20 days: 100% of tour cost | No exception to this policy can be made for any reason.

46 Days or more before date of departure: 25% of total cost. | 31 - 45 Days before date of departure: 50% of total cost. | 30 days before date of departure: 100% of total cost.

Any increase in cost because of change in the itinerary due to reasons beyond our control (force majeure) like landslides, riots, traffic jams etc. | Any dispute is subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
