  • Any entry fees, additional costs for optional activities, room heaters, or tickets are not included unless specifically mentioned under Inclusions.
  • Cost of snow-chained or 4x4 vehicle, if required due to heavy snowfall, is not included.
  • Any additional costs arising from circumstances beyond our control—such as natural calamities, weather conditions, riots, roadblocks, landslides, or other unforeseen events—will be the responsibility of the traveler.
  • Package price excludes 5% GST, which will be added.

Delhi to Nag Tibba – Overnight Journey:

Your adventure kicks off with an evening departure from Rajendra Palace/Majnu-ka-tilla, where you’ll board your vehicle for an overnight journey to the basecamp of Nag Tibba.

As the wheels roll toward the mountains, ease into the experience with a fun ice-breaking session—a perfect way to meet your fellow adventurers and start building the camaraderie that makes every trek memorable.

Explore Base Camp Culture – Where Mountains Meet Moments:

Wake up to the charm of the Himalayas as you enjoy a scenic drive through winding mountain roads, surrounded by fresh alpine air, deep valleys, and towering peaks. The journey itself is a visual treat, preparing you for the magic that lies ahead.

Arrive at Pantwari village by around 9:00 AM. Take a short rest, freshen up, and gear up for the trek to the Nag Tibba base campsite.

The trek takes you through quaint Goat Villages, lush green forests, sparkling water streams, and open bugyals (meadows), offering stunning views of snow-capped Himalayan ranges along the way. The trail is mostly gradual with a few moderate stretches, making it suitable for beginners and seasoned trekkers alike.

Upon reaching the base camp, unwind and soak in the mountain serenity. As the sun sets, gather around the bonfire, enjoy a hearty dinner, and settle in for a peaceful overnight stay in tents under a starlit sky.

Trek to Nag Tibba Summit | Descend to Pantwari | Return Journey:

Wake up early to witness a spectacular Himalayan sunrise lighting up the peaks in golden hues—a moment worth every step of the journey.

After a warm breakfast at the campsite, gear up for the final leg of the adventure—trek to the Nag Tibba summit, the highest point in the lower Garhwal region (9,915 ft). Enjoy panoramic views of peaks like Swargarohini, Bandarpoonch, Kedarnath, and more.

Spend some peaceful moments at the summit, then begin your descent back to Pantwari village, passing through lush forests and meadows once more.

Freshen up at Pantwari and board your vehicle for the return drive to Delhi, carrying unforgettable memories and stories of the trail.

Estimated Arrival in Delhi: Around 11:00 PM (Tentative)

Cancellations received less than 45 days prior to departure will be subject to the following forfeit | Before 45 days: 25% of tour cost | 45 - 30 days: 50 % of tour cost | 30 - 20 days: 75% of tour cost | Within 20 days: 100% of tour cost | No exception to this policy can be made for any reason.

46 Days or more before date of departure: 25% of total cost. | 31 - 45 Days before date of departure: 50% of total cost. | 30 days before date of departure: 100% of total cost.

Any increase in cost because of change in the itinerary due to reasons beyond our control (force majeure) like landslides, riots, traffic jams etc. | Any dispute is subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
