Inclusions/Exclusions
Meetup and Departure for McleodGanj
Assemble at Akshardham Metro Station by 8:30 PM. After a brief introduction and welcome session with fellow travelers, we begin our overnight journey to McleodGanj with Backpackclan.
Arrival in McleodGanj & Camp Stay
After an overnight journey of approximately 12 hours (480 km from Delhi), we arrive in McleodGanj by 9:00 AM.
Upon arrival, you'll be allocated camps followed by a short briefing session at the campsite. After a wholesome breakfast, we kick off the day with adventure activities like rock climbing and rappelling, organized at the campsite.
Post-lunch, enjoy some leisure time—you can choose to relax at the campsite or explore the charming streets of McleodGanj, its local cafés, Tibetan markets, and stunning surroundings.
In the evening, unwind with tea, a cozy bonfire, and dinner under the starlit sky.
Local Sightseeing & Departure
Wake up to a fresh morning amidst the serene Dhauladhar mountains. Enjoy a peaceful stroll around the campsite with morning tea and cookies.
After breakfast, we check out from the campsite and begin our local sightseeing tour. Visit popular attractions such as the Bhagsunag Waterfall and the monastery, soaking in the spiritual and natural beauty of McleodGanj.
Post sightseeing, guests have free time to explore the town at their own pace—visit cafés, shop for souvenirs, or simply relax in the peaceful Tibetan ambiance.
By 5:00 PM, we begin our return journey to Delhi, retracing the scenic route via Chandigarh.
We are expected to reach Delhi by 6:00 AM the next morning.

Cancellations received less than 45 days prior to departure will be subject to the following forfeit | Before 45 days: 25% of tour cost | 45 - 30 days: 50 % of tour cost | 30 - 20 days: 75% of tour cost | Within 20 days: 100% of tour cost | No exception to this policy can be made for any reason.
46 Days or more before date of departure: 25% of total cost. | 31 - 45 Days before date of departure: 50% of total cost. | 30 days before date of departure: 100% of total cost.
Any increase in cost because of change in the itinerary due to reasons beyond our control (force majeure) like landslides, riots, traffic jams etc. | Any dispute is subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
