Everest Base Camp Trek

• Day 1: Arrival in Katmandu

Meet our representative who will take you to the Hotel. A detailed briefing will be held by the tour leader            which is very important for all the participants. You can visit Thamel Street which is popular for good                  food, casinos and shopping of trekking equipment’s.

• Day 2: Kathmandu to Lukla (2, 860 m / 9,383 ft, 35 minutes flight), then trek to Phakding (2, 652 m / 8, 700 ft): 3 hours.

After breakfast leave for Tribhuvan Domestic Airport to take a flight to Lukla. The flight is memorable with great scenic view. Once you arrive in Lukla meet our representative and start the trek immediately to Phakding which is at an altitude level 2652 m. Trek is easy and is for 3 hours duration crossing small villages and green mountains. Stay overnight in Lodges in Phakding

• Day 3: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m | 11,283 ft) (5-6 hours walk)

After breakfast we will start our trek to Namche Bazaar. We will experience huge green mountain, Dudh Koshi river. Stop at Mojo for lunch. We will  get a glimpse of Everest and Lhotse just before Namche. Stay overnight at a lodge in Namche Bazaar.

• Day 4: Namche Bazaar- Rest Day for Acclimatisation.

Today, we rest for acclimatisation and if you wish you can go for coffee, shopping, bars, etc. One can also visit Namche Museum which is a 20 min trek.

• Day 5: Namche to Tengboche (3, 860 m / 12, 664 ft) : 6-7 hours.

Post breakfast we will leave for Tengboche. During the trek you will experience jungle trails and eventually hike up to to the valley’s highest year round settlement of Pangboche. Tengboche is a small village at 3860 m. The Tengboche Monastery is a famous and a beautiful place worth visiting. Overnight stay in a lodge in Tengboche

• Day 6: Trek from Tengboche to Dingboche (4,358m | 14,295ft) | (5-6 hours walk)

Today we will start our trek for Dingboche. Enroute Pangboche Village,Pheriche, Imja Valley, Lobuche river. Trek Duration is of 5-6 hours. Overnight stay in a Lodge in Dingboche.

• Day 7: Rest day at Dingboche

Today is a rest day to explore nearby surroundings, chat with friends and share interesting stories.

• Day 8: Trek from Dingboche to Lobuche (4910 m)

After a refreshing breakfast we will start our climb to Dugh La through Khumbu Valley. We will experience the view of Chola Lake, Mt. Pumori, cross wooden bridge to reach Dugh La, Khumbu Glacier. Overnight stay at Lobuche

• Day 9: Lobuche to Gorak Shep-Everest Base Camp- Gorak Shep (5,320 | 17,450EBC) | (5,160m | 16,929 Gorekshep) | (7-8 hours)

Today we start our trek toward Gorakshep and later start trekking up to Everest Base Camp. After crossing the pyramid sign, spot thecrest of the north ridge of Everest as well as Mt. Pumori, Mt Mahalangur, Mt. Lingtern, Mt Khumbutse, etc. Walk through the rocky trails to reach Everest Base Camp. Return to Gorakshen later to have a overnight stay.

• Day 10: Gorak Shep-Kala Pattar (5550m)-Pangboche \ Pheriche (4410m): 

Embrace yourself for the next day trek to Pangboche experiencing amazing view of the Gorak Shep, Kala Pattar. After reaching to the top we will have a magnificent view of the Everest, Nuptse, Ama Dablam, Kantega,Tawatse, etc.

• Day 11: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,400m/11,283ft) | 7-8 hours walk

Today we start or trek downhill to Pangboche village, further down to the bridge over Imja Khola and then climb up to Tengboche. Walk further to Namche Bazaar and overnight stay here. Visit around to explore this lovely tourist destination

• Day 12: Trek to Lukla (2,652m | 8,700ft) | (7-8 hours walk)

After breakfast, we will trek towards Lukla. Crossing over the suspension bridge across Dudhkoshi river. This is the last day of your Everest Base Camp Trek.

• Day 13: Fly back to Kathmandu (1,300m | 4,264ft)
  Fly back to Kathmandu today from Ramechap Airport It will take you 30 minutes. On your arrival at the Kathmandu airport, meet with our team that will escort you back to your hotel.
• Day 14: Departure from Kathmandu
  In the morning according to your flight timings, you will be transferred to the International Airport.

2. Accommodation in Kathmandu for 2 nights in Hostel Multiple sharing basis
3. Accommodation on twin sharing on Trek for 11 nights, to include Tea house lodges
4. Arrival & departure transfer for Domestic flights (Lukla Flights)
5. Airport pick up and drop from Kathmandu is available on sharing basis
6. 1 English Speaking Trekking Guide and 1 Guide Assistant for all groups
7. Porters to carry 10kg maximum per person on the trek(Porter: Trekker = 1:3)
8. Sagarmatha National Park Fee
9. All permits as required as per the itinerary and as per Nepali regulations at the time of the trek
10. Wages, Accommodation, Food,  Insurance of trekking guides and porters
11. Medical oxygen if needed for emergency purpose

1. Mandatory adventure travel insurance (Zero Deductible) with emergency medical helicopter assistance and evacuation (Rs. 7000/-)

3. All Meals while on Trek / Kathmandu(starting from day 01 dinner till last day breakfast)
4. Personal expenses of any nature, alcoholic beverages, cold drinks, mineral water/boiled water and hot showers during the trek.

12. Any extra night costs for rooms in case of domestic flight delays in both Lukla and Kathmandu
13.  Any filming permits of any kind. This includes any type of drone. The fee for drones is at $16,000 USD and permits take 45 days to obtain
14. Group drop to Kathmandu International Airport  will be done only once for all the people in the group together
