Named after Sage Bhrigu, who is believed to have meditated near the lake, Bhrigu Lake is known for its changing colours through the seasons. The trek begins from Kulang and takes you through dense pine forests, beautiful meadows and the scenic campsite of Moridugh.
Along the trail, enjoy breathtaking views of Seven Sister Peaks, Deo Tibba, Indrasan, Hanuman Tibba and the Pir Panjal Range. The star-filled night skies and peaceful Himalayan landscapes make this a perfect short trek for adventure seekers, nature lovers and photography enthusiasts.

Arrive at the Manali campsite, attend a trek briefing, and drive to Kulang , the starting point of the trek. Begin the trek through beautiful pine forests, crossing Chor Nallah and Kohli Nallah along the way. Reach Moridugh Campsite , settle into your tents, and enjoy some time to acclimatize and soak in the peaceful surroundings. Enjoy dinner under the Himalayan sky before an overnight stay at the campsite.
Wake up to a beautiful Himalayan sunrise and enjoy breakfast before beginning the trek to Bhrigu Lake . Trek for around 3–4 hours through expansive alpine meadows and high-altitude ridges with spectacular views of the Kullu Valley . Reach the stunning Bhrigu Lake , situated at approximately 14,100 ft , and enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding Pir Panjal and Dhauladhar ranges . Spend some time soaking in the scenery before beginning the descent back to Moridugh . Dinner and overnight stay at the campsite.
