Spiti Valley Bike Circuit

Depart from Delhi by overnight Volvo bus to Manali. Relax and enjoy the overnight journey through the Himalayan foothills. Overnight journey.

Arrive in Manali in the morning and complete the bike allocation and briefing. After breakfast, begin your ride towards Jibhi, passing through scenic mountain roads and the beautiful Kullu Valley. Reach Jibhi by evening and check in. Spend the evening exploring the peaceful village surroundings. Overnight stay in Jibhi.

After breakfast, start your ride towards the spectacular Sangla Valley. The route takes you through dramatic Himalayan landscapes and along the Baspa River. Continue towards Chitkul, the last inhabited village near the Indo-Tibetan border, subject to road and local conditions. Explore Chitkul and its traditional wooden houses before settling in for the night. Overnight stay in Sangla/Chitkul.

After breakfast, ride back through the scenic Kinnaur Valley towards Kalpa. Enjoy magnificent views of the Kinnaur Kailash range and picturesque mountain villages along the way. On arrival in Kalpa, check in and relax. If time permits, visit the famous Kalpa monastery and enjoy the sunset views over the Himalayas. Overnight stay in Kalpa.

Today begins the most adventurous section of the expedition as you ride from Kinnaur into Spiti Valley. Cross the rugged terrain of the Kinnaur–Spiti region and continue towards Kaza. The landscape gradually transforms from green valleys to the stark, barren mountains of the Trans-Himalayas. Arrive in Kaza by evening and check in. Overnight stay in Kaza.

After breakfast, embark on a local Spiti Valley exploration ride. Visit Hikkim , famous for having one of the world's highest post offices, followed by Komik , one of the highest motorable villages in the region. Continue to Langza , known for its giant Buddha statue, fossil-rich terrain and spectacular Himalayan scenery. Return to Kaza by evening. Overnight stay in Kaza.

Start early for an exhilarating ride through the heart of Spiti Valley. Ride towards Losar and cross the high-altitude Kunzum Pass , subject to weather and road conditions. Continue towards Chandratal, the stunning high-altitude crescent-shaped lake. Depending on road conditions, permits and accommodation availability, the overnight stay will be at Chandratal or Sissu. Overnight stay.

After breakfast, begin the final Himalayan ride towards Manali. From Chandratal, descend through the rugged Lahaul Valley and continue towards Manali. Return the motorcycles in Manali and board the scheduled Volvo bus to Delhi. Overnight journey by Volvo.
