IMPORTANT GUIDELINES:
• ID Proof Requirement: All guests must provide a valid ID proof upon arrival. Foreign nationals
are required to present their passport and visa details. Passports must be valid for at least six
months from the date of arrival.
• Exclusions: The package does not cover international and domestic airfare, visa fees, airport
taxes, or insurance. Any personal expenses or items of personal nature are also excluded.
• Damage Policy: Any breakage or damage to items at the resort will be charged at actual cost.
• Accommodation: Hotels are subject to availability. If the chosen property is not available, guests
will be accommodated in a property of similar standard.
• Cleanliness: Please avoid littering and help maintain cleanliness at the destination.
FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS:
1. Airline Policy: All flight cancellations will strictly follow the respective airline’s cancellation
policy.
2. Refunds: Any refund related to flight cancellations will be processed based on the airline’s terms
and conditions. Backpackclan (KSN Tours Private Limited) is not responsible for any delays or
disputes in receiving refunds from the airline.
3. Rescheduling: In case of flight rescheduling due to cancellations, additional charges may apply
depending on the airline’s rescheduling fees and the availability of alternate flights.
4. Booking Changes: If flights are rebooked or changed, any fare difference must be borne by the
traveler. Fare changes may also apply to rescheduled flights.
5. Non-Refundable Tickets: If the flight ticket is non-refundable, no refund will be provided
regardless of the reason for cancellation.
6. Force Majeure: In case of cancellations due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters,
political instability, or other force majeure events, the airline’s policy on force majeure will apply.
7. Travel Insurance: It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen
flight cancellations or disruptions.
8. No Responsibility: Backpackclan (KSN Tours Private Limited) is not responsible for any
cancellations, delays, or missed connections caused by the airline.
ROAD CLOSURES:
• Highway Blockages Due to Snow: Road closures or blocks caused by snow accumulation on
highways, which may affect the safety or smooth operation of the tour, may lead to changes in
the itinerary or cancellation of the trip. In such cases, no refunds will be issued by Backpackclan
(KSN Tours Private Limited).

there will be no cash refunds. All refunds, if applicable, will be processed in the form of credit
vouchers. Any refund due to a cancellation will be provided as a credit note only.
BOOKING POLICY:

• Availability: Resort and room categories are subject to availability at the time of payment.
• Flight Prices: Flight prices may change until payment is confirmed.
• Flight Payments: 100% of the flight amount is required at the time of booking.
• Resort Change: If the resort is sold out, a similar category resort will be offered.
• Duplicate Bookings: Backpackclan (KSN Tours Private Limited) is not responsible for any refunds
in case of duplicate bookings made in the same name.
PAYMENT POLICY:
• 10% of the total booking amount is required to confirm the reservation (this may vary by hotel).
• Once the booking is confirmed, 10% of the amount is due immediately.
• 45 days before the booking date, 30% of the total amount is due.
• 30 days prior to the booking, 100% of the amount must be paid.
• 100% of the flight payment is required at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION FEES:
• If canceled 60–31 days before the start date, the initial booking amount will be charged.
• Any booking amount is non-refundable from the time of booking.
• If canceled 30 days or less before the start date, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
• Flight cancellations are subject to the airline’s policy.
RESORT POLICY:
• Honeymoon benefits and other inclusions are subject to change upon check-in. Please reconfirm
all inclusions 1–2 days before your arrival.
JURISDICTION:
• All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi.
PUBLIC CRITICISM POLICY:
• The traveler agrees not to publicly attack or criticize Backpackclan (KSN Tours Private Limited),
or any of its employees, associates, or partners in public forums, including but not limited to,
Google reviews, Facebook reviews, social media platforms, or any other public domain before,
during, or after the trip.
• In case of breach of this agreement, the traveler understands that legal action will be taken, and
a minimum penalty of INR 50,000 per breach will be charged as damages to the company.

- If we change or cancel your trip/trek do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements. Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advice you of them at the earliest possible date. We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you. If we are unable to provide the the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond your control (E.g. Bad weather), we shall first try to offer alternative dates for the tour if the tour has not already commenced. If you want to change your Holiday trip/trek after confirmation of services, if you wish to change your arrangements in any way (E.g. your chosen departure date or accommodation), we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by you. All booking vouchers and tickets will be provided 5 days before departure. Disclaimer
- Refund will be issued in the name of the person in whose favour the receipt was issued.
- If payment has been received by credit/debit card, the refund is credited to the same card by which the payment was received. For all other cases, refund will be made by account payee only.
- All disputes subject to Delhi Jusrisdiction.
